About us
Founded in 2023, VALiDITEA®, which stands for Veterans Advancing Leadership by Improving Diversity, Integrity, Trust, Ethics, and Accountability (VALiDITEA®), is a veteran-owned, veteran-operated leadership and organizational consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Our mission is to provide practical leadership and performance assessment, coaching, and development services to organizations from all industries, including business, government, non-profit, academia, and sports.
Organizational Assessment, Change, and Development
VALiDITEA® partners with clients from beginning to end through the organizational assessment process by offering customized assessments that provide leaders with a deeper understanding of their organizations' climate and help them chart a pathway toward change and sustained success.
Assessments can be highly complex, take many days, and involve in-person and virtual surveys and interviews. They effectively provide leadership with critical insights about organizational culture, leading to opportunities to develop relevant programs and initiatives and improve employee morale.
In addition to organizational assessments, individual 360-degree assessments are also available to improve the performance coaching and feedback process for leaders and their employees.
VALiDITEA® is a licensed provider of leadership development training through Academy Leadership and offers in-person and virtual workshops, single and multi-day courses, and custom programs to entities of all sizes and types. Our programs are designed for every employee type, whether a CEO, an aspiring people leader, or somewhere in between.
Our signature course, the Leadership Excellence Course (LEC), is offered quarterly in Atlanta, Georgia, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, and on-demand at the client’s site and virtually. The highly popular Energize2Lead™ (E2L™) workshop, designed to enhance team-based communications and improve team-based performance for better collaboration and decision-making, is a 3.5-hour workshop for teams of all types and sizes.

VALiDITEA® produces two podcasts: The Third and Leadership™ Podcast and The Veterans As Leaders™ Podcast. Both podcasts are co-hosted by our company’s founder.
The Veterans As Leaders™ Podcast was created to highlight the achievements of military veterans leading within organizations worldwide.
The Third and Leadership™ Podcast was created to raise awareness about how leaders make critical decisions in difficult situations and how their decision-making process has impacted their mission.
Both podcasts will be available on Apple, Spotify, Google, and YouTube.
Giving back
As a veteran-owned and operated consulting firm, we are passionate about supporting veteran programs. Through our VALiDITEA® Cares program, we donate 10% of our revenue to select 501c3 non-profit organizations focused on military veterans' causes and initiatives, particularly those that enhance veteran employment outcomes.
